With a cash bond you are putting the entire amount of bail in cash to be held by the Court. So if you are found not guilty you get ALL your money back.

You can seek a diversion program and and DISMISSAL. You do NOT want to be convicted of misdemeanor possession because (1) if affects future job prospects, (2) if you are an Alabama resident you lose your license and (3) the next marijuana arrest is automatically a felony charge.
